This was one of the first things I hung up when I {finally} had my own classroom. I printed it, backed it on red paper and laminated. So simple, yet so powerful.  I stare at it all day.  Sometimes I glance at it and it means nothing. Other times, I read each word silently over and over again when the day is trying and it reminds me that in the end, all of this is worth it.  :)
